The Preference of Marrying the Virgin, Divorcee and Widow as opposed to the Zaani [Fornicator and Adultress]

1) Zinaa in Islam is punished with 100 lashes and Adultery with stoning to death.....but instead you think the zaani gets me???? Am I a punishment or something? Instead of getting whipped and humiliated she gets to marry me? Allah (swt) says, “The woman and the man guilty of illegal sexual intercourse, flog each of them with a hundred stripes. Let not pity withhold you in their case, in a punishment prescribed by Allâh, if you believe in Allâh and the Last Day. And let a party of the believers witness their punishment.” (an Noor 24:2) Then on top of that such a fornicator who mixed her sweat and internal juices and saliva with a faasiq wants to prevent me from having many wives when Allah made that rewardable for me? I think such a woman is in a delusion about her position, she wants to be a queen over me. Does she think I am her slave and that she will have boyfriends as well as me? rather a woman like that needs some punishment and needs to stop dreaming about pure bodied muwaahid men. In my view she should stick to those who have polluted themselves in the past. This evil and disgusting society is full of men and women with muslim names who have slept around and disobeyed Allah....but now they all want virgins. Rather they should stick to each other. The Quran confirmed this concept, where Allah (swt) says ”The adulterer marries not but an adulteress or a Mushrikah and the adulteress none marries her except an adulterer or a Muskrik [and that means that the man who agrees to marry (have a sexual relation with) a Mushrikah (female polytheist, pagan or idolatress) or a prostitute, then surely he is either an adulterer, or a Mushrik (polytheist, pagan or idolater, etc.) And the woman who agrees to marry (have a sexual relation with) a Mushrik (polytheist, pagan or idolater) or an adulterer, then she is either a prostitute or a Mushrikah (female polytheist, pagan, or idolatress, etc.)]. Such a thing is forbidden to the believers (of Islâmic Monotheism).” (an Noor 24:3) This ayah was revealed in relation to Marthad ibn Abu Marthad who asked Nabi (saw) to marry a prostitute named A'naq with whom Marthad had relations with during the period of Jaahileeyah. The Prophet (saw) delayed an answer until this ayah was revealed, then it was reported that Nabi (saw) said "Do not marry her" (ABU DAWOOD, NASAA'I, TIRMIDHI)

2) The Quran is clear that pure men are for pure women and pure women are for pure men. Sorry fornicating is not pure it is a pollution that is stain on the soul and it remains in memory, it can be forgiven but its bad effects will remain. And one of these bad effects is that it ruins the future of such women to obtain the men who have a deep hatred for fahshah [sexual crimes].Allah (swt) says "Bad women [khabeethaat] are for bad men [khabeetheen] and bad men [khabeethoon] are for bad women [khabeethaat] and good women are for pure men and pure men are for pure women...." (an Noor 24:26)

3) Allah described fahshah as a great sexual crime and warnd people to stay away from it. People will suffer consequences because of it in this life, in the grave and in Hell. So indeed I am right to hate it and be sickened by it. Allah (swt) says "And do not come near to zinaa (fornication) Verily it is a faahishah and an evil way" (al Israa' 17:32)

4) Allah made clear the sin of those who like spread of fahshah among muslims Allah (swt) says "Verily those who like that faahishah should be propagated among those who believe, they will have a painful torment in this world and in the Hereafter. And Allah knows and you know not." (an Noor 24:19)

5) BUKHARI, IBN SA'D and others collected the hadeeth where rasool Allah (saw) confirmed to aisha that he preferred the field that had not had any grazing as compared to the one that had grazing. This is a metaphor for virginity, and Aisha was a virgin.

6) Rasool Allah (saw) advised Jaabir to marry a virgin so that they would enjoy foreplay and that the woman would be attached. This was narrated by BUKHAARI, IBN MAAJAH and others.

7) Absence of fornication is a characteristic of the rigthteous wife.....“Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient (to Allaah and to their husbands), and guard in the husband’s absence what Allaah orders them to guard (e.g. their chastity and their husband’s property)” (al-Nisaa’ 4:34)

8) The basis of successful marriage which we were commanded to was that where the person has good deen, not wealth and tribal issues.....Ibn A’bbaas reported that Nabi (saw) said “"If there comes to you one with whose religion and attitude you are satisfied, then give your daughter to him in marriage, for if you do not do so, fitnah and corruption will become widespread on the earth” (TIRMIDHI abwaanun Nikah [2/224] IBN MAAJAH [1/633] kitaabun Nikah, baabul Akfa’) and Allah (swt) says “And marry those among you who are single (i.e. a man who has no wife and the woman who has no husband) and (also marry) the Sâlihûn (pious, fit and capable ones) of your (male) slaves and maid-servants (female slaves). If they be poor, Allâh will enrich them out of His Bounty. And Allâh is All-Sufficent for His creatures' needs, All-Knowing” (an Noor 24:32)

9) To hate haraam and munkar such as zinaa and to love ma'roof [good things in the sight of Islam] is to love and hate for the sake of Allah. The stronger and more perfect the imaan is, the more a person will have strong feelings and emotions in this regard which will effect his decisions and actions. This is proven by the following narrations, “Indeed the firmest handhold on imaan is that you love for Allah and hate for Allah” (AHMAD [4/286] IBN ABI SHAYBAH in ‘al-Imaan’ [no.110] AT-TAYAALISI [2/48] from Baraa bin Aa’zib) and U’baadah bin as Saamit reported in the hadith qudsi that Nabi (saw) said “Allah ta a’la said: ‘My love is due for those who love one another for My sake…’” (AHMAD [5/229] AL-HAAKIM [4/169] Abu Umaamah reported that Nabi (saw) said “He who loves for Allah and hates for Allah and gives for Allah and withholds for Allah has perfected imaan.” (ABU DAWOOD [no.3664] TIRMIDHI [2521] AHMAD [3/438, 440])

10) Even when we marry Christian women the Quran commanded us not to take the fornicators from among them, Allah (swt) says "Made lawful to you this day are the good things. The food of the people of the Book is lawful to you and yours is to them, and the chaste women from the believers and and chaste women from those who were given the Book before your time, when you have given them their due mahr desiring chastity not illegal sexual intercourse nor as lovers. And whoever rejects imaan the fruitless will be his work and in the hereafter he will be one of the losers" (al Maai'dah 5:5)

11) It is true Allah forgives the believers all sins and can accept all repentance but the person must be a believer and also must consider their act as evil. However today people do these hings and consider them nothing and do them openly, whereas sins should be concealed. Abu Hurayrah reports Nabi (saw) “Everyone of my ummah is excused except the one who does not conceal” (BUKHAARI, MUSLIM) and Zayd ibn Aslam reported that Rasool Allah (saw) said "The time has come for you to see the limits of Allah. Whoever has had any of these ugly things befall him should cover them up with the veil of Allah. Whoever reveals to us his wrong action, we will perform what is in the Book of Allah against him." (MAALIK)Allah (swt) says "And those who when they have wronged themselves with some fahshah [such as zinaa] remember Allah and ask forgiveness for their sins, and none canforgive sins but Allah, and do not persist in what they have done, while they know. For such there is reward and forgiveness from their Lord and gardens with rivers flowing underneath, wherein they shall abide forever. How excellent is this reward for the workers" (aali I'mraan 3:135-136)
