Rasool
Allah (saw) was a Prophet, Imaam and Khaleefah
Refutation of the Nonsensical
view that it is not allowed to regard Nabi (saw) as the Khaleefah
The first thing to be understood is that the question of whether

rational proof MORE

Imaamah
and the Implementation of Shari’ah in the Stage of Weakness
The stage of weakness is when the
muslims do not have power, it is when they do not have darul Islam.
The Quran described the opposite of weakness as when Muslims have
tamkeen on the earth. This is synonymous with the existence of darul
Islam, that being a land which believers are maintaining the security
and where they are applying the shari’ah. MORE

Neglect
of effort in shari'ah duties is not the same as applying kufr law

who takes himself as legislator is kaafir and also the one who legislates
one law contradicting the law of Allah and the one who denies the
established laws of Allah]...MORE
